I would highly recommend the F.A.T method to anyone struggling with there weight or relationship with food, I was always OK weight wise until I had children! In January I signed up to the F.A.T method, and for me it was time to go all in! I was ready for change, the first week was the hardest but the results were very quickly so rewarding and each week got easier, it's a concept that has really worked for me as it does not leave a grey area, in just 8 weeks I lost 1st and 10 pounds, and looked and felt so much better, it definitely gave me more energy and I felt so much more alive, I would recommend it to anyone paul has been incredible and been there every step of the way!
The final results are in : Final weight 9st 3. I have increased my workouts and have been going to the gym for 2-3 resistance session a week plus circuits. The more impressive bit for me was the measurement loss. Belly now 73 (start 80) hip 95(start 99)
